PROFESSIONAL LIFE
1. What inspired you to pursue a career in criminal law?
On Being the Young Woman Supreme Court Lawyer Being a young Supreme Court lawyer in India is a formidable endeavour. However, navigating this path as a young woman adds a layer of complexity that demands an extraordinary blend of resilience, dedication, and fortitude. As I reflect on my journey, I find it filled with profound lessons and experiences that have shaped me both professionally and personally. My Early Aspirations My aspiration to become a lawyer was sparked early on, driven by a desire to champion justice and advocate for the underrepresented. Growing up in Mumbai, I was deeply inspired by stories of legal luminaries who had shaped the course of history through their work. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the University of Mumbai, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.), which equipped me with the foundational knowledge and skills essential for a career in law. Stepping into the Supreme Court Transitioning from academia to the courtroom, especially the Supreme Court, was a daunting leap. The Supreme Court of India is not just any court; it is the apex body where the most significant legal battles are fought and the most profound judgments are rendered. As a young lawyer, entering this hallowed space was both exhilarating and intimidating. Overcoming these Challenges required an unwavering belief in my abilities and a relentless pursuit of excellence. My passion for law has been instrumental in shaping my career which has enabled me to carve my own niche and create my identity at an early stage in this profession. While I agree that I’m extremely passionate about criminal law and I’m zealous to continue my successful journey, I would also wish to add that I handle cases from all streams of law and my scope of work is not just limited to criminal cases. It’s just that my success in the sensational cases that I have handled which gave me recognition are from the field of criminal law.
2. Can you share a notable case that challenged you and what you learned from it?
Unlike in Reel life, in Real life, there is no pivotal moment that influences you specifically. My journey in law has had many significant victories and sensational cases which have set media on fire, but my way of looking at this is to believe in my basic work ethic and give the best to the next case and not to get carried away by one case or one moment.
3. How do you balance your work as a criminal lawyer and your public presence?
Balancing work as a lawyer with maintaining a public presence can be challenging but achievable with careful time management and prioritization. It involves setting boundaries, delegating tasks when possible, and efficiently managing your schedule to allocate time for both professional obligations and public engagements. Additionally, utilizing social media and networking events strategically can help maintain a visible presence while still fulfilling your legal responsibilities.
BIGG BOSS EXPERIENCE

Big boss was something I did in a lighter vein during my Diwali break last year as the dates coincided with my Diwali vacation. It was an entertaining experience to take my eyes off the law books and to me this show was pure relaxation and a break from my otherwise chock-a-block schedule. I participated in that show just for an experience. While I am happy that everyone saw me in big boss 17, to be honest, I had not entered into the show with any intention of winning or even for spending a long time. I carried myself with dignity and elegance; the qualities which mark me as a person both in and out of the show. My journey in the show was entertaining and I have been appreciated widely for my dancing skills and my one liners. Moreover, Initially I was apprehensive to do the show and denied the offer, However, I instinctively decided to do the show and entered the house on the same day when I made up my mind to do the show with no preparation and survived in the house for 2 and a half months which made me discover my own potential as a person. Immediately after the show , I got back to my practice of law and now that big boss journey looks like far past. Altogether I can define my big boss journey as one in which I did not change my inherent character in front of the camera for fame or popularity as my first calling which is law has already graciously given me good fame and popularity.

FASHION & BEAUTY
1. How would you describe your personal style, and what influences your fashion choices?
I would say my personal style is all about not blindly following trends but choosing comfort over anything else. Also I personally believe in setting trends myself instead of following them blindly for the sake of it. Yes sometimes, inspirations can be taken but blindly following a trend just because its popular is not my thing. I think my originality is what makes me unique in its own ways.
2.What are your favorite beauty products or skincare routines?
You might be surprised to hear this but I actually don’t use too much of beauty products. I believe in drinking a lot of fresh water to keep myself hydrated. I prioritise my sleep and eating habits. I feel if these things are done properly, half of the job is done. Additionally, moisturising my skin with a good lotion is a daily thing. I also use a sunscreen with a very high SPF and apart from this, I use organic face washes which are dermatologically tested and proven and nothing beyond that. Also, I like sheet masks at times as they help in rejuvenating the skin cells all the way more. For me, these things are enough. Also for those who wear makeup, never ever sleep overnight with makeup on face. A big no.
3. Are there any fashion or beauty trends that you’re excited about currently?
Well, I am someone who enjoys a bit of both high-chic embellished style quotient and at the same time simple and comfy gears. Like I said, I don’t follow trends just for the sake of it. However, personally I enjoy wearing custom-made gowns, formals and pantsuits, co-ord outfits and monotone dresses without too much of flamboyance on it. For me, style is simple and classy. That’s more of what I prefer and I like.

Every challenge encountered is an opportunity to prove that with perseverance and passion, one can overcome any obstacle and make a lasting impact on the legal landscape.
